Dr. Amy Rountree is a licensed psychologist.   She received her B.A. from Boston University and her M.A. and Doctorate in Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She worked for several years at UNC-Chapel Hill before beginning private practice.   She has taught numerous executive stress management programs, as well as stress management programs for law, business, medical and dental graduate students.  Dr. Rountree focuses on helping individuals and groups in her practice learn to manage their daily lives with more satisfaction, efficiency and better productivity.  The goal of this program is: 1) to help attendees recognize the ways in which stress decreases their functioning at work and home 2) learn ways to improve focus and satisfaction through both simple cognitive and behavioral changes.
